HWF is a partner of the European Community in the field of Humanitarian Affairs (ECHO - European Community Humanitarian Office - n° 93/68).

HWF is recognised by the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva (ICRC) as well as by United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarians Affairs (OCHA) in Geneva.

STRUCTURE of the Non-profit-making- Association
HWF is a non-profit-making association of Belgian right n° 667/93. All the gifts and payments carried out with the association are controlled and deposited by a notary. The organization of HWF entirely consists of volunteers, which makes it possible to devote 100 percent of its means to the humanitarian actions.

BANK ACCOUNT
Nr 000-0000036-36 of the Bank of the Belgian Post office. The gifts, from 30€ up,  are fiscally deductible in Belgium.
